BonRok's founding principals have been involved in the acquisition, design, entitlement, construction, consultation and management in excess of $1 billion of investment/development across the globe. Our principals play an active role in overseeing each project staying intimately involved in every step to ensure that the projects reach a successful conclusion.
Our fundamental strategy is to identify and create appeasing, fundamentally sound and critically executed projects: We execute this in various ways by secure unique real estate opportunities, maximizing their potential by aligning with luxury operators and venture partners. Identifying suitable properties and assets in select markets; execute all feasibility, due diligence and underwriting to create investment memorandums for presentation to investment partners. Tirelessly review, coordinate and manage the facilitation of a complete, concise, and cost minded set of construction documents enforcing the overall budget while maintain the projects design integrity. Ensure document quality control and assurance throughout development, prior to and during construction. Provide owner representation, implementation and enforcement throughout the process from initial design, to on-site construction, to project closeout.
